How it works

Mentoring with senior teams involves preparation, the walk itself and write up.

  1. Before the walk - we conduct a short web briefing regarding the objectives of the walk, preparation tasks and logistics.

  2. During the walk - discussions take place in small groups, with ideas shared and refined during breaks. At the end, we consolidate insights and capture next steps (often in a pub).

  3. After the walk - nominated team members write up results, which are discussed and refined via a wrap-up web meeting.

The deliverable is a shared understanding of the Path Ahead — created collaboratively, not imposed.
